Talbot County Department of Economic Development and Tourism and the Talbot County Economic Development Commission are pleased to announce that Maryland Department of Commerce Secretary Kelly Schulz will deliver the keynote address at the 11th Annual Talbot County Business Appreciation Breakfast.

In her role as Secretary, Kelly oversees an agency comprised of six divisions and 13 public boards and commissions. Prior to joining Commerce, Kelly served as Secretary for the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation, an agency of nearly 2,000 employees and a $375 million budget.
The Talbot County Business Appreciation Breakfast is designed to honor all Talbot County businesses, with special recognition for those that have exhibited a significant positive impact in the community.
